LiveWell is the theme for our corporate goal of employee wellness in the areas of health, personal wealth, and work-life balance. This year, more than ever, we are implementing measures that will help us reach, even exceed this goal. We are working with our vendor partners to institute a number of benefits that support overall wellness and reinforce the family unit. Further, we are committed to educating employees on being smart consumers of healthcare by providing the right resources and tools. The LiveWell theme will accompany the employee benefits provided by Iron Mountain that contribute to this effort
This year’s Open Enrollment period will be October 24– November 11, 2011. During the open enrollment period you may change your benefit elections for the upcoming benefit plan year. The elections you make during open enrollment will be effective from January 1 – December 31, 2012.
Employees on the Iron Mountain Network will be required to enroll or make changes this year online using the ORACLE system. No paper will be accepted. As an organization, Iron Mountain will be printing less and posting more benefit related material onto SCOUT and Iron Mountain/LiveWell portals. Benefit booklets will only be mailed to non-networked employees.

Networked employees will receive a letter in the mail with instructions on how to enroll and access benefit related information online. Starting October 24, 2011, networked employee’s can enroll or make benefit election changes on-line through Oracle Self Service. Non-networked employees will receive an enrollment kit which will include the forms and information they need to make their 2012 benefit elections.
