Jeff provides technical leadership and guidance for the design and implementation of innovative strategies and programs to deliver digital transformation solutions to clients. Prior to this role, Jeff was the Director of Operations for Iron Mountain’s digital solution production facilities in North America and Europe. Based in New York State, Jeff has over 25 years of information technology and operations leadership experience including 18 years in Business Process Management and digitisation of physical assets.

Olivia is the Director of Strategic Deals, for North America and Latin America. Prior to her role at Iron Mountain, Olivia spent 5+ years in management consulting with a focus on retail banking and mortgage. Olivia is passionate about helping organisations harness their data.
