Why choose our Richmond data centers (RCH-1 through RCH-4)?

Located at the White Oak Technology Park in Henrico County, VA, RCH-1 will be a 364,860 ft2, 48 MW facility, with the first 18 MW expected in 2027. Our Richmond data center is the perfect alternative to a Northern Virginia data center and is ideal for both hyperscale customers and highly regulated organizations. Three additional data centers are expected on campus.
