Northern Virginia Data Center (VA-6)

Situated on an 142-acre highly secure data center campus, VA-6 is one of nine planned data centers which will provide 2,100,000 ft2 of highly efficient green colocation space for enterprises, federal agencies, hyperscale clouds and more. VA-6, to be delivered in Q3 2025, will offer 230,000 gross ft2 of space and 32 MW of renewable power in the heart of the world’s largest data center ecosystem. Our Manassas campus offers tax and power savings compared to Ashburn and exceptional levels of energy efficiency as well as a diverse and accessible ecosystem of cloud, network and other service providers.
