On April 18, Iron Mountain held our fifth annual virtual Innovation Festival, a few days before the UN’s World Creativity and Innovation Day on April 21. The event featured on-demand content from over 50 Mountaineers hosting 24 sessions, sharing diverse perspectives, effective strategies, and best practices from across Iron Mountain.

“Innovation is at the core of our success, driving our growth and relevance in a rapidly changing landscape,” said Narashima Goli, Chief Technology and Product Management Officer. “The initiatives presented in the Festival highlight our commitment to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and delivering exceptional value to our customers.”

Speakers represented a variety of roles and businesses, ranging from business strategy to our frontline operations. They covered popular topics including methodology, technology and culture. And, employees are always encouraged to submit their ideas to the team: “the most innovative ideas are not always grand, but solve a problem in a simple and meaningful way.”
