Registration: The following states require document destruction contractors to register with a state agency and assign to contractors an identification number. Iron Mountain is registered in the states listed below, and has been assigned the indicated identification numbers.

Iron Mountain is not NAID-certified for Plant-Based and Mobile shredding in Alaska. Our Shredding service in this state is provided by three Iron Mountain-certified third party shredding vendors. One vendor is NAID-certified and two are not NAID-certified.
